Once upon a time, in a land far, far away… a box of Spice Cake Mix and a can of Pumpkin got married and had a baby! Now between you and me, it’s looks were on the wilder side, but let me tell you… it’s pumpkin-y flavor was off the charts!
So today I want to introduce you to this sweet little bundle of joy, which just so happens to be infused with semi-sweet chocolate chips! Introducing our cute little Fall friend: this Chewy Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Cookies Recipe!
Not known for his outward appearance, but wildly known for his inward pumpkin-y charm, this 3 Ingredient Pumpkin Cookie will become a new family favorite! Besides that, it is very rich, decadent, and will disappear as fast as you can make them!
So are you ready to do some Fall baking? I know these Cookies are a little wild and crazy looking, but I promise you… they’re delicious!! Here’s what you’ll need to make these sweet treats…
Chewy Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Cookies
Chewy Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Cookies Recipe! (3 Ingredients)
Ingredients
- 15.25 oz. Betty Crocker Spice Cake Mix {1 box}
- 15 oz. Libby’s Pure Pumpkin
- 12 oz. Nestle Toll House Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
Instructions
- Preheat Oven to 350 degrees.
- In large mixing bowl, mix together Pumpkin and Spice Cake Mix with large spoon until well combined.
- Set 1/2 cup of chocolate chips aside. Then stir in remaining chocolate chips from the bag into the dough.
- Spoon dough into large tablespoon proportions and slide onto the cookie sheet. {Note: this is not your typical thick cookie dough, and you won’t be able to roll into balls, so sliding off your spoon and forming into balls on the sheet is an easy way to get the job done}.
- Using the chocolate chips you had set aside, press three on top of each cookie dough ball.
- Bake for 13 minutes, or until done.
- Allow cookies to cool on cookies sheets for a few minutes, then transfer onto a cooling rack to finish cooling. Enjoy!
