- 1 cup Milk

- Optional: 6 tbsp Vanilla Whey Protein Powder 22 grams protein

- Place strawberries, vanilla yogurt, milk, and sugar in blender.
- Blend until well combined. A shorter blend time equals a thicker smoothie. Enjoy!

Looks great! What kind of Vanilla Whey Protein Powder do you use? The ones we’ve tried taste fake vanilla or sweetness. Such a turnoff & a waste of money!
