Ingredients

  • 10 oz / 2 cups Frozen Strawberries
  • 1/2 cup Strawberry Vanilla Yogurt
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 2 tbsp Sugar or more if you like it sweeter
  • Optional: 6 tbsp Vanilla Whey Protein Powder 22 grams protein

Instructions

  • Place strawberries, vanilla yogurt, milk, and sugar in blender.
  • Blend until well combined. A shorter blend time equals a thicker smoothie. Enjoy!

Notes

Yield: 2 2/3 cups, or 2 12-oz servings

    Looks great! What kind of Vanilla Whey Protein Powder do you use? The ones we’ve tried taste fake vanilla or sweetness. Such a turnoff & a waste of money!
