Crockpot Sweet Chili Chicken
- 4 Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts
- 20.75 oz Panda Express Sweet Chili Sauce
- 1/4 tsp Red Pepper Flakes
- 1/8 tsp Sesame Seeds
- Optional: Chopped Green Onions for garnish
- Place chicken on HIGH for 3 hours, or LOW for 6 hours.
- After 3 hours on HIGH, or 6 hours on LOW, drain and discard juices from crockpot.
- Remove chicken from crockpot, cut into cubes, and place cubes in glass bowl.
- Pour Sweet Chili Sauce over chicken, and mix together with large mixing spoon. Then, place chicken and sauce back in crockpot.
- Cook for 30 more minutes on HIGH, or until done.
- Optional: Serve over rice, and top with chopped green onions. Enjoy!
