Plus, this best part is this recipe takes just 3 Ingredients.  Talk about easy!  Making this Crockpot Hawaiian chicken is a cinch.

Crock Pot Pineapple Teriyaki Chicken

What flavors compliment teriyaki?

Both pineapples and chicken go excellent with teriyaki, which is exactly why this weeknight dinner is such a hit!  Some other flavors include onion, scallions, garlic, and sesame seeds.

What do you eat with teriyaki chicken?

Some excellent and complimentary dishes to serve with this pineapple teriyaki chicken include white rice, broccoli, noodles, and salad.  The combinations are endless!

Teriyaki sauce is incredibly versatile, and can be used for a variety of dishes!  These include chicken, steak, rice, noodles, and more.  This crockpot chicken teriyaki with 3 ingredients is a great example of something you can use it on.

Crock Pot Pineapple Teriyaki Chicken! {3 Ingredients}

Ingredients

  • 4 boneless skinless Chicken Breasts fresh or thawed {3 pounds}
  • 10 oz Kikkoman Original Teriyaki Sauce Takumi Collection {1/2 of bottle}
  • 10 oz. Pineapple Tidbits drained (1/2 of a 20 oz. can)
  • Optional: 1 bunch Sliced Green Onions for garnish.
  • Optional: Sesame Seeds for garnish.

Instructions

  • Place chicken in Crock Pot, and cook on HIGH for 3 hours, or on LOW for 6 hours, covered.
  • After 3 hours on HIGH, or 6 hours on LOW, drain and discard the juices from Crock Pot.
  • Mix the Teriyaki Sauce and drained Pineapples together, and pour sauce mixture over chicken.
  • Cook for 30 more minutes on HIGH, or until done.
  • Optional: garnish with Sliced Green Onions and/or Sesame Seeds for even more fun flavor!

      Yes, Kathryn, that’s right. Although after 3 hours on HIGH or 6 hours on LOW, you’ll want to drain the juices that come from the chicken before putting the sauce on.
