Easy Baked Pork Tenderloin
Easy Baked Pork Tenderloin (Sweet and Spicy)
Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme leaves
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 1-pound pork tenderloins, trimmed of fat
Instructions
- Preheat oven 325ºF. Line baking pan with foil and coat with nonstick cooking spray.
- In small bowl, mix together mustard, garlic, thyme, pepper, and honey. Coat tenderloins with mixture, and baste during cooking.
- Place tenderloins on prepared pan coated with nonstick cooking spray or on rack in shallow roasting pan. Bake 40-45 minutes, or until meat thermometer inserted into thickest portion registers 160ºF. Slice tenderloins, and serve.
