Ingredients

2 Links Hilshire Farm Polksa Kielbasa 14 oz each
1 Cup Sweet Baby Ray’s Barbecue Sauce
1 Cup Welch’s Concord Grape Jelly.

Instructions

Carefully slice Polksa Kielbasa links into round 1/4 inch pieces, then place in Crock Pot.
Stir together Barbecue Sauce and Grape Jelly in medium mixing bowl.
Pour sauce over Kielbasa in Crock Pot, and stir well.
Cook on Low for 2 1/2 hours, High for 1 1/2 hours, or until hot.
Grab the toothpicks and serve straight from your slow cooker. Enjoy!
