Are you looking for the ultimate skillet dessert??  This Skillet Blueberry Crisp Recipe delivers the perfect balance of gooey blueberry deliciousness and the crispy cast-iron flavor!  Friends and family will go crazy over this epic dessert!

Easy Skillet Blueberry Crisp Recipe! (4 Ingredients)

Satisfy your sweet blueberry cravings with this easy Skillet Blueberry Crisp Recipe!

Ingredients

  • 1 box Betty Crocker Vanilla Cake Mix 15.25 oz.
  • 2 Cans Blueberry Pie Filling 21 oz. cans
  • 1 stick Butter 1/2 cup, melted
  • 1/2 stick Butter 1/4 cup, melted

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Pour 1/2 stick of Melted Butter into bottom of 12″ Cast Iron Skillet.
  • Empty both cans of Blueberry Pie Filling into skillet, and spread out evenly.
  • In large mixing bowl, mix together powdered Cake Mix with remaining 1 stick Melted Butter until mixture is crumbly. {break up any large chunks with a spoon or your fingers}
  • Sprinkle crumble topping over Blueberry Pie Filling in skillet.
  • Bake for 50 minutes, or until top is crispy and edges are hot and bubbly.
  • Serve with Vanilla Ice Cream. Enjoy!

      Thank you! Yes, it can be served cold. While it’s hot after baking, you can simply dish it up into bowls, cover those with plastic wrap, put those in the fridge, and enjoy it the next day while it’s cold. I’ve done that before, and it tasted nice. I hope you enjoy it!
