When you refrigerate homemade salsa, it should be good for 5-7 days. So if you want to make it ahead for game day, weekend get-togethers, parties, or holidays, you most certainly can!

How do I thicken up my homemade salsa?

Luckily, this is more of a thick and chunky salsa recipe. If you would like to thicken it up a little more, you can! Just add a little corn starch. This will help give you the consistency you desire.
