Cranberry White Chocolate Walnut Cookies
Cranberry White Chocolate Walnut Cookies Recipe
- 1 box Betty Crocker Vanilla Cake Mix 15.25 oz
- 3/4 cup White Chocolate Chips
- 3/4 cup Chopped Walnuts
- 1/2 cup Dried Cranberries
- 2 Eggs
- 1/2 cup Canola or Vegetable Oil
- In large bowl, mix together Cake Mix, Oil, and Eggs with a mixer.
- Then stir in White Chocolate Chips, Walnuts, and Cranberries with a large spoon.
- Refrigerate dough for approx. 1 hour.
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- After dough has chilled, roll cookie dough into balls, then place on nonstick cookie sheets.
- Bake for 8 – 11 minutes, or until done.
- Transfer to cooling racks to allow cookies to cool, and ENJOY!
