Chex Mix Recipe

Ingredients

  • 4.5 cups Corn Chex
  • 4.5 cups Wheat Chex
  • 2 cups Rye Chips
  • 2 cups Pretzel Snaps
  • 8 tbsp 1 stick Butter
  • 2 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 tbsp Seasoned Salt
  • 3/4 tsp Onion Powder
  • 3/4 tsp Garlic Powder

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 250 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • Put Chex, Rye Chips, and Square Pretzels into bowl.
  • In saucepan, melt butter. Then, whisk in Worcestershire Sauce, seasoned salt, onion powder, and garlic powder.
  • Pour butter /seasoning mixture over bowl. mix together thoroughly.
  • Pour chex mix evenly over two nonstick baking sheets.
  • Place side-by-side in the oven, or on racks on top of each other. Should you stack the racks, rotate the sheets halfway through.
  • Bake for 1 hour, flipping and mixing the mix with a spatula.
  • Once done baking, store in a air-tight container. Enjoy!
