Ingredients

  • 10 oz / 2 Frozen Mangoes
  • 1/2 cups vanilla yogurt
  • 1 cups milk
  • 2 tsp sugar or more if you like it sweeter
  • Optional: 6 tbsp Vanilla Whey Protein Powder 22 grams protein

Instructions

  • Place mangoes, vanilla yogurt, milk, and sugar in blender.
  • Blend until well combined. A shorter blend time equals a thicker smoothie. Enjoy!

Yield: 2 2/3 cups, or 2 12-oz servings
