Easy Vegan Chocolate Mousse Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 Small Avocado
  • 4 tbsp Santa Barbara Vegan Cocoa Powder
  • 4 tbsp Santa Barbara Sugar Free Chocolate Chips
  • 8 tsp Almond Milk
  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • Pinch of Salt
  • 2 tbsp Sugar {or your other favorite sweetener}

Instructions

  • Place chocolate chips in microwave safe bowl, and microwave for 30 seconds, stir, and microwave for 20 more seconds, or until chocolate chips have melted.
  • Transfer all ingredients to blender, and blend until smooth and creamy {occasionally stopping and scraping down sides with a spoon}
  • Serve in a small glass jar, or bowl. Enjoy!

    I’ve never heard of this chocolate company before but this mousse looks delicious so I can’t wait to check them out. We eat an avocado a day but I’ve never thought to make them into a healthy dessert. So excited about this! Thank you for the recipe, CoCo
