Looking for some brilliant ways to eat at Panera on the cheap?  Check out these borderline genius Panera Money Saving Tips!

Panera Money Saving Tips

There is nothing that beats a good meal at Panera.  Except, of course, when you can get free at Panera for Free or Cheap!

You heard that right.  You know how much I love Money Saving Tips and Tricks, and these are as easy as they come!  By using these Panera Money Saving Tips, you will be able to save so much money when eating out at Panera!  So whether it’s a pastry, breakfast or delicious dinner you’re craving, you’re going to love these tips!

Are you ready to start saving BIG eating out at Panera?  Here’s everything you need to know…

Panera Money Saving Tips

#1: Get FREE Panera Gift Cards With Swagbucks!

The easiest way to get free food at Panera is by signing up with Swagbucks and earning free Panera gift cards.

Here’s how it works:

  • Sign up with Swagbucks
  • Then start earning Swagbucks SB Points.  There are so many EASY ways to earn Swagbucks!  You can earn by Searching the Web {just like you would using Google}, Taking Surveys, Using Coupons, Shopping Online, Watching Videos, etc.  I typically earn an easy $25 each month on Swagbucks!
  • Cash in your Swagbucks SB Points for Free Dominos’s Gift Cards!  As an example, 1,000 SB Points = a $10 Panera Gift Card.

#2: Eat for Free with a FREE Visa Gift Card!

In addition to earning free Panera gift cards with Swagbucks, did you know that you can also get free Visa Gift Cards?  Just use the same Swagbucks tutorial from above, and you can use your Visa gift cards to get even more free food at Panera!

#3: Download the Free Panera Bread App for Freebies!

When you download the Panera App and enable notifications, you’ll receive exclusive deals right to your phone!

#4: Sign up for a MyPanera Account

Are you a frequent Panera customer?  You can sign up for a MyPanera Account to begin saving!  Here’s how it works:

  1. Next time you go to Panera, ask your cashier for a free MyPanera card.
  2. Register the card online by going to PaneraBread.com, and click on “Join MyPanera.”  Once you fill out the form, you will get credit for a free pastry.
  3. Every time you go to Panera, ask your cashier to swipe your card and you’ll get credit towards a free item.  It’s unclear when you’ll get a reward, or what your reward will be, but that’s what makes it a surprise! 🙂 You’ll also get a surprise reward for your birthday as well.
  4. Whenever you receive a reward (birthday or otherwise), you’ll need to redeem it within 60 days.  Wait any longer, and the reward will expire.

#5: Order Meals Separately to Save Even More

A ridiculously easy way to get rewards more frequently with your MyPanera Account is to order your meals individually.  For instance, if you are going to Panera with friends or family, just order your meals individually and pay separately, and have your cashier swipe the card for every purchase.

Because each transaction gets you closer to getting more rewards, this trick will help you get rewards more often!

#6: Follow Panera on Social Media

When you follow Panera Bread on their different social media platforms, you can find even more promotional deals!

#7: Get a $0.99 Dessert When you Order an Entree and Drink

When you order an entree + a drink, you can then buy a dessert for just $0.99!  This is great as most desserts are around $2 – $5.

#8: Buy a Small Drink and Refill More Often

Order a small drink instead of a big one.  This way, by simply refilling it more often when you’re dining at the restaurant, you can drink as much pop for even less money!

#9: Visit Panera Before Closing

One of my favorite Panera Money Saving Tips is how at some locations, you may get lucky and get free pastries right before closing time.

#10: Take Advantage of Bagel Tuesday

Every Tuesday, you can get a Baker’s Dozen of bagels (13 bagels total) for $7.50 instead of $10, or about 25% off.

#11: Get Free Veggies and Toppings

Aside from a few specific toppings like avocado and feta, most veggies and toppings you can add to your soup or sandwich are free!

#12: Substitute Sandwich Bread for a Croissant or Bagel

Want an easy way to change up your sandwich?  You can substitute the your sandwich bread for a Bagel or Croissant for no additional charge!

#13: Substitute Meat for Avocado

For no extra charge, you can substitute the meat on your sandwich for avocado for no extra cost!  Talk about delicious!

#14: Buy a Tub of Cream Cheese

Instead of spending that extra $1.50 to get cream cheese on your one bagel, buy an 8 oz. tub of cream cheese instead {sold at Panera}, which you can take home and use for many more days!  It’s definitely a better value!
