Ibotta: How it Works
Step 1: Sign Up for an Ibotta Account + Get a Free $10 Bonus
- The first step is to create your Ibotta account.
- To receive a free $10 bonus in your account, you’ll need to use This Link.
- To receive your $10 bonus, you’ll need to redeem one name-brand offer within two weeks (fourteen days).
Step 2: Download the Ibotta App
Next, you’ll need to download the free Ibotta app.
Step 3: Check and Load Offers for Your Favorite Stores
Did you know that with Ibotta, you can redeem offers at over 300 different stores? Before heading out to your favorite stores, check the app for new offers for items which come in every week, and download the offers for the products you want to buy.
Step 4: Purchase Items
Now, purchase the products you downloaded the offers for at home.
Another great thing about Ibotta is that you can combine the deals from the app with physical coupons, store rewards programs, etc. Meaning, you can save BIG!
Step 5: Submit Your Receipt
Back at home, open up the Ibotta app, tap on the icon of the store you just shopped at, and hit ‘redeem’. Then, take a picture of your receipt, hit submit, and you will receive cash in your Ibotta account shortly after.
Step 6: When You Reach $20 in Rewards, Cash Out
When redeeming your $20 from Ibotta, you select whether you want cash or gift cards. For cash, you’ll need to have a Paypal or Venmo account. To recieve gift cards, you choose from the select retailers below:
