Ingredients

Rotel (Tomatoes and Green Chilies)

Canned Tomatoes

Jalapeños
diced

Yellow Onion
finely diced

Salt

Garlic
minced
Optional: 1/4 tsp Sugar for more sweetness
Optional: 1/2 tsp Cumin for more spiciness
Instructions
Combine the Tomatoes, Jalapeños, and Diced Onion in the blender or food processor.
Transfer to large mixing bowl, and stir in Tomatoes, Salt, and Garlic.
Serve immediately, or refrigerate to make salsa cold. Enjoy!
Notes
Blend on low speed for approximately 30 seconds, or until well blended. Or pulse for several seconds in food processor.
