1/2teaspoondried thyme leaves
21-pound pork tenderloins, trimmed of fat
Preheat oven 325ºF. Line baking pan with foil and coat with nonstick cooking spray.
In small bowl, mix together mustard, garlic, thyme, pepper, and honey. Coat tenderloins with mixture, and baste during cooking.
Place tenderloins on prepared pan coated with nonstick cooking spray or on rack in shallow roasting pan. Bake 40-45 minutes, or until meat thermometer inserted into thickest portion registers 160ºF. Slice tenderloins, and serve.
Terrific Tip: Tenderloins come two to a package. If one will be enough for you to serve, halve the recipe and freeze the other tenderloin. Time permitting, let the meat marinate in the sauce.Nutritional information per serving: Calories 138, Calories from Fat 21%, Fat 3g, Saturated Fat 1g, Cholesterol 60mg, Sodium 124mg, Carbohydrates 5g, Dietary Fiber 0g, Total Sugars 5g, Protein 22g, Dietary Exchanges: 1/2 other carbohydrate, 3 lean meat
