medium sized Russet Potatoes

Extra Virgin Olive Oil
2 1/2

Garlic Salt
1/2
tsp
Ground Black Pepper
1/2

Paprika
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Wash and scrub potatoes, while leaving skins on.
Then cut each potato lengthwise into 8-12 equal-sized wedges.
In a small mixing bowl, mix Garlic Salt, Oil, Paprika, and Black Pepper.
Brush seasoning mixture onto potato wedges, while placing the skin side down. Bake uncovered for one hour, or until they are tender. Enjoy!
