Red Onion

Shredded Cheddar Cheese

Tomato

Sliced Jalapeños

Optional: Salsa for topping
Optional: sour cream
Optional: Guacamole
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Add half of your chips to 12″ cast iron skillet, then top with half of the black beans, half of the onion, and half of the cheese.
Repeat process by adding second half of chips, and remaining beans, onion, and cheese.
Bake for 8-10 minutes, or until cheese has melted.
Remove skillet from oven, then top with Tomatoes, Jalapeños, and Green Onions.
Then add any additional toppings you would like, such as salsa, sour cream, guacamole, etc. Enjoy!
