Ingredients

pound
Ground Beef {16 oz.}
8
oz.
Elbow Macaroni {1/2 of 16 oz. package}

cups
finely diced Yellow Onion {about 1 medium onion}
1
Green Bell Pepper
finely diced

cloves
minced Garlic {or 2 1/2 tsp Minced Garlic from jar}

can Tomato Sauce {15 oz. can}
1
can Diced Tomatoes {14.5 oz. can}
2
cans V8 Vegetable Juice {5.5 oz. cans}

Worcestershire Sauce

Italian Seasoning

Cumin

Chili Powder

Olive Oil
*optional 1 cup shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese
Instructions
Add Olive Oil to skillet, then add Onions, Garlic, and Bell Pepper. Sauté on stove over Medium-High heat, or until onions turn clear in appearance. {about 6-7 min.}
Next, add Ground Beef to same skillet and brown meat with veggies, breaking up larger chunks as you go. {about 7-8 more minutes}
Drain excess grease from skillet and pour contents into your 5-6 quart Crockpot.
Add Tomato Sauce, Diced Tomatoes, V8, Worcestershire Sauce, Italian Seasoning, Cumin, Chili Powder, Salt and Pepper, then stir well.
Add UNCOOKED Elbow Macaroni to Crockpot and stir into mixture, then cover Crockpot.
Cook on LOW for 1 hour 20 minutes {or until pasta is done}, stirring once halfway through cooktime.
Stir again just prior to serving, dish up into bowls, top with shredded cheddar cheese and enjoy!
