  • 15.25 oz. Betty Crocker Spice Cake Mix {1 box}
  • 15 oz. Libby’s Pure Pumpkin
  • 12 oz. Nestle Toll House Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips


  • Preheat Oven to 350 degrees.
  • In large mixing bowl, mix together Pumpkin and Spice Cake Mix with large spoon until well combined.
  • Set 1/2 cup of chocolate chips aside. Then stir in remaining chocolate chips from the bag into the dough.
  • Spoon dough into large tablespoon proportions and slide onto the cookie sheet. {Note: this is not your typical thick cookie dough, and you won’t be able to roll into balls, so sliding off your spoon and forming into balls on the sheet is an easy way to get the job done}.
  • Using the chocolate chips you had set aside, press three on top of each cookie dough ball.
  • Bake for 13 minutes, or until done.
  • Allow cookies to cool on cookies sheets for a few minutes, then transfer onto a cooling rack to finish cooling. Enjoy!
