  • 20 – 25 oz. Frozen Homestyle Pork & Beef Meatballs (I like to use Rosina Meatballs)
  • 1½ cups Beef Broth (12 oz.)
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream
  • 3 Tbsp Flour
  • 1 Tbsp Corn Starch
  • 1 tsp Soy Sauce
  • ⅛ tsp Black Pepper
  • ⅛ tsp Garlic Powder
  • ⅛ tsp Onion Powder
  1. In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together Beef Broth, Flour and Corn Starch.
  2. Pour mixture into a large sauce pan, and add Cream, Soy Sauce, Pepper, Garlic and Onion Powder.
  3. Bring mixture to a low boil on medium-high heat, while continuously stirring.
  4. Once mixture comes to a low boil, lower heat to low and serve immediately.
  5. Prepare Meatballs per instructions on package.
  6. Spoon gravy onto dinner plate and place 5-8 meatballs on top.
  7. Serve with a side of Mashed Potatoes, and a small spoonful of Lingonberry Jam. Yum!!
